KFC REFUND and RETURN POLICY

We are passionate about our food and take pride in creating a great experience for you- our guest. In the event our product does not meet your expectations, we appreciate the opportunity to quickly make the order right. How We Make It Right Together Guest concerns are corrected within 24 hours of receiving the original order. Please contact

All Returns Or Requests For Refunds
 
The order receipt along with ALL RECEIVED items within the original packaging should be presented to the Manager in store. Orders paid by Cash will be refunded in Cash. Orders paid by Card (Debit or Credit) will be refunded in Cash. Refunds will not be granted where more than 25% of the food ordered is not available in the
returned package. We are unable to refund orders not collected by the close of our business day.
 
Cancelling Online Orders
 
You may cancel an order before it is confirmed online. We are unable to accept cancellations once your online confirmation is generated. Mobile Banking Users, in event payment is made but the order was not received, a cash refund will be issued within 1 (one) business day.
 
Incorrect Pack Errors
 
If the food you receive is different from what is on your receipt; We truly apologize. Please contact us as soon as you notice this error, you will be required to present to the store manager for verification; the receipt, along with all received items in its original packaging. The correct food item(s) will then be made available to you.
 
Guest concerns must be corrected and completed within 24 hours from receiving the original order.
 
Incomplete Order Errors
 
If you do not receive food items that are listed on you receipt; We apologize. Please contact us immediately, as you notice items are missing from your order. We will refund the cost of the missing item(s) or you may wish to have the missing item(s) made available to you.
 
Click & Collect
 
Orders must be collected by the pickup time specified. Please note the order may not be available after the pickup time specified. *See Our Food Promise Orders picked up beyond the pickup time are not eligible for refund, exchange or re-packaging. 
 
Delivery Order Cancelled
 
A delivery order will be cancelled when the delivery driver is unable to contact you, upon arriving at your specified delivery address. Please ensure you are available with your phone when expecting a delivery. The driver will make 2 (two) calls to contact you when at your delivery address. You will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery; however, you may collect the order in-store on the same day, before the close of business.
