What is the self-service kiosk?
The self-service kiosk is a digital ordering terminal that allows guests to place and customize their orders independently. It’s designed to streamline service, reduce wait times, and provide a more personalized ordering experience.

Kiosks support our commitment to operational efficiency and guest satisfaction by:
- Minimizing front-counter congestion
- Enabling faster, more accurate orders
- Empowering guests with full control over their meal choices

How does the ordering process work?
- The guest taps the screen to begin
- They select and customize items
- Customers print their order slip and proceed to the front counter to pay
- Payment can be made via cash or card.
Once the receipt is printed guests may wait for their order name to be called at the pick-up counter.

What payment methods are accepted at the kiosk?
Our kiosks, currently, do not accept payment directly. All payments must be made at the front counter with a team member.

Absolutely. Kiosks support full customization—add-ons, and modifications are easily accessible in a user-friendly format.
