KFC Dominica is enhancing our guest experience through kiosks, giving customers the opportunity to customize their orders independently. Here are a few Kiosk Quick Facts to start you on your krunchy journey!

  1. What is the self-service kiosk?

    The self-service kiosk is a digital ordering terminal that allows guests to place and customize their orders independently. It’s designed to streamline service, reduce wait times, and provide a more personalized ordering experience.

  2. Why is KFC introducing kiosks?

    Kiosks support our commitment to operational efficiency and guest satisfaction by:

    • Minimizing front-counter congestion
    • Enabling faster, more accurate orders
    • Empowering guests with full control over their meal choices
  3. How does the ordering process work?

    • The guest taps the screen to begin
    • They select and customize items
    • Customers print their order slip and proceed to the front counter to pay
    • Payment can be made via cash or card.

    Once the receipt is printed guests may wait for their order name to be called at the pick-up counter.

  4. What payment methods are accepted at the kiosk?

    Our kiosks, currently, do not accept payment directly. All payments must be made at the front counter with a team member.

  5. Can guests customize their orders at the kiosk?

    Absolutely. Kiosks support full customization—add-ons, and modifications are easily accessible in a user-friendly format.
